In order of "most tweets," this PDF file shows who was involved in the online conversation at Twitter. Clicking on a name will take you to their Twitter page. Also included is the number of times a tweet was directed specifically at a person. It did not appear to count all mentions. 128 people participated in the #rebcphx conversation online. 105 people participated in the #rebcpdx conversation online.
