Mike is a native of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, and was educated in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has extensive graduate studies in education, psychology, and business management. He was licensed in real estate in 1975 and has worked in sales, sales management, franchise corporate management, and consulting since that time.
Responding to the rising demand for state-of-the-art training in sales and sales management, Mike formed his training and consulting company in 1987. He and his associates have trained thousands of managers and sales professionals in real estate and mortgage banking. He personally presents to over 150 groups per year and facilitates the brainstorming sessions of dozens of the country’s largest real estate firms. His focus is on profitability and productivity in personal and corporate environments.
Mike has a rich history speaking and consulting to over 20 different industries. He has consulted to real estate, mortgage, auto sales, insurance, and general product sales companies across the United State, Canada, and the Caribbean.
