Mariana is a regional technology trainer for Keller Williams Realty International and teaches courses on Internet Lead Generation, Database Management and Marketing and Effective Listing Marketing.
She is a “Blog Coach” for Keller Williams real estate agents. She offers the only in-house real estate blog coaching program available by any large real estate company. She also coaches on Internet Lead Generation and maintains the Keller Williams MAPS Blog.
Mariana is also a REALTOR® in Southern Colorado (Colorado Springs, Monument and Fountain) and the co-owner of the Wagner iTeam with her husband, Derek. The Wagner iTeam is one of the top producing teams in the area, with almost 100% of their new (non-referral, non-past clients) coming from their internet presence and blog/website Colorado Springs Real Estate Connection.

Mariana and her husband Derek are parents to 2 young sons. Before real estate she spent several years in the special education field, where she worked closely with both talented and gifted children with learning disabilities and children with Autism, as well as adults with developmental disabilities.
