Social Networking is about understanding and connecting with customers on THEIR terms. 

The Certified Social Marketer (CSM) designation course teaches students to develop responsible, effective and ethical social networking strategies for business.

The two-day course gives students a perspective and understanding of the principles behind social networking in addition to understanding the social media tools.  

Students will develop a personalized business strategy to effectively and ethically engage in blogging, social networks, Twitter, media sharing, and other related tools.
